Class Schedule  
My class is very structured, and our weekly schedule usually follows this pattern:

Monday - Weekly Real Life Connection article

Tuesday - ACT Workshop

Wednesday - Writing Workshop

Thursday - Text-to-Text Comparisons / Literature Analysis

Friday - Weekly Assessment

 

Supply List 
Students are required to have a binder, paper, and writing utensils. A text book is not required unless the teacher specifically tells the class to check one out.

Education
I am proud to say that I graduated from Olive Branch High School in 2005, and I could not be more thrilled to be back where I am happiest.  I am also a Secondary Education graduate from the University of Mississippi, and I recently acquired my MA in Literature from the University of Memphis.

Experience
This is my eleventh year of teaching.  I have always been at Olive Branch High School, and I have taught all levels of English.
