Welcome to English II!  We have an exciting year ahead as we immerse ourselves in the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards for English/Language Arts. Literacy is our focus as we hone our reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. 

Reminder: Read every day! Lead a better life!

Nightly Homework:  Read 20 minutes - set a timer and read!!! 

I encourage students to read both fiction and informational texts during their READ20 time.  Reading online will help prepare you for your English II MAAP Test at the end of the course.
