Education and Experience: After attending Northeast Mississippi Community College and Northwest Mississippi College and receiving my Associates Degree, I went on to earn my Bachelors of Arts in Education from the University of Mississippi, OLE MISS! HOTTY TODDY!!!

Personal Info: My name is Jay McGee and I am from Iuka MS. I attended Tishomingo High School where I graduated in 1985. After high school I attended Northeast on a football scholarship in the fall of '85. In the spring of 1986 I joined the U.S. Army where I spent six years. After a tour in Germany and Desert Storm I was Honorable Discharged in the Spring of 1992. This is where my life brought me into education.
After completing my degree, I started my teaching and coaching career at Hernando Middle School as the Head Football Coach. At the same time I was fortunate enough to be on the coaching staff of the Arena 2 Football League, Memphis Xplorers for two years where I served as the OL/DL coach as well as the Special Teams Coach.
I soon moved on to Memphis where I became the Head Football Coach at American Way. I was fortunate to win back to back State Championships at THE WAY and was names MIAA Coach of the Year both year in Memphis City Schools.
I am married to wonderful wife Rhonda who teaches at DeSoto Co and we have six great kids, Thomas 31, Kris 31, Derek 29, Tanner 25, Paige 21 and Bo 16.
I am BLESSED to be at Olive Branch where there is a proud tradition of academic and athletic tradition.
