Teachers and students with login issues should put in a help ticket on the help desk with the subject line of "Schoology Help Needed" and the tech department will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are having issues with content or links within a course, please contact your teacher through Schoology using the message tool.
If you are having device issues, you can email the school's distance learning contacts by going to the school website via the Our Schools launch page, navigating to the Staff/Teacher Websites link and clicking on the Distance Learning VIP (click here to email) area.
