Olive Branch Crosswords

Welcome to Olive Branch High School

The faculty and I are pleased to be a part of your child’s education. We welcome the opportunity to help them grown and mature both academically and socially. It takes parents, schools, and the community working together to ensure each student receives the best education possible.

My staff and I strive to establish a safe and positive learning environment for each student. It is our goal to provide academic and extracurricular activities that help each child become excellent in their own way. We recognize that each student is different and we must be flexible while maintaining an atmosphere of the highest expectations. We will push each student to be excellent.

You are always welcome at Olive Branch High School and we encourage you to be a part of our school community. Please join our PTO and become part of the organization that has contributed in so many ways over the years. Feel free to contact our teachers, counselors, and administrators at any time.

Once again, welcome to Olive Branch High School. GO QUISTORS!

Plans for after high school? What do you plan to study?

I am attending Mississippi State University to study Aerospace Engineering.
What were your thoughts when you found out you were done with high school because of the Covid?
It was disappointing to know that we wouldn’t be able to finish out our senior year knowing how hard a lot of people worked.
What is your favorite memory of high school?
Some of my favorite memories come from all the football games being with the band.
Who is someone that has had a major impact on your life?
My older sisters have had a major impact in my life. From teaching me how to tie my shoes, to teaching me how to read, to just teaching me how to multiply, there are so many things that I learned from them. I don’t ever really let them know, but they inspire me to make my dreams come true and to never stop working hard for what I want to accomplish. I’ll always be grateful for them.
What is your favorite hobby or best talent?
My favorite hobby is goin out with friends.
If you had to sit down to dinner with three famous people, who would you choose?
Elon Musk, Robert Downey Jr, and Will Smith.
What is your favorite song, musical artist, or music genre?
Callaita - Bad Bunny
If you could give your 10-year-old self one piece of advice, what would it be?
To not take so many things for granted. Also to stop procrastinating.
Who is your favorite teacher and why?
I would have to say both Mrs. Stevens and Mrs. Hicks because, although their classes were tough at times, not a day went by that they did not show how much they really cared. I had many good laughs in both of their classrooms and will never forget how hard they pushed us to not only be great in the classroom, but outside of them too.
What was your favorite event or activity during your four years at OBHS?
Although there were many times that I absolutely wanted to just give up on it, I would have to say Band. There were many times when it got tough, but nothing compared to some of the amazing bonds and the memories that I made being there.

Accessing Office 365 (School Email)

Teachers are using the school email and Teams to have students access resources during the Covid 19 hiatus. Many students have forgotten their school Office 365 password. Resetting the school email passwords is just like resetting any password.

Here are the steps to access their school email and/or Teams:

1. Go to dcsdms.org
2. Click Office365
3. Click sign in.
4. Their logins will be their first initial last initial last 6 digits of their MSIS(lunch number)@dcsms.org
5. If they have forgotten their password, simply click Forgot Password, then follow the steps to reset. If that does not work, they will need to go to dcsdms.org then click on Tech Help Tickets and create a ticket to reset. They will be contacted when the password has been reset. They will need to then complete the Authenticator to be able to reset their own passwords.
6. If they have not forgotten their passwords, then simple log in.
