Bio
Hello! This is my first year at Olive Branch High School, and I am so excited. For the past 3 years, I have taught at DeSoto Central High School. During that time, I taught Biology I, Foundations of Biology, Zoology I, Physical Science, English I, and Inclusion. I am an Inclusion teacher and am looking forward to working with the wonderful teachers and students that I have heard so much about. I have lived in Mississippi for the past 4 years. Prior to that, I lived in Phoenix, Arizona where I was also a teacher. I taught 4th, 5th, and 6th grades there for 13 years. Although I grew up and have spent most of my life in Arizona, I love Mississippi, especially Olive Branch, and plan to live here indefinitely. I live with my husband and 9-year-old son, our two Labrador Retrievers (Dolly and Loretta), one cat (Trucker), and one Desert Gecko (Mr. Pickles). I like to read, watercolor paint, and spend time outdoors.
